The goods must be sent by you to our office (the address will be specified later) and the expenses will be charged to you.


If the goods have been damaged during shipment or  present factory defects  we will refund shipping costs after  the goods will arrive in the store. If, on the other hand, there was an error during the purchase (size change, color change, item no longer required), a new shipment will be charged before the package leaves the store.

The online sale of JOE YELLINO products is regulated by the articles 50 – 68 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206). This legislation provides the consumer with the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing him the right to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred (shipment costs excluded).

The customer has the right to revoke his order within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods. This right consists of the right to return the purchased goods to JOE YELLINO and the consequent reimbursement of the purchase price and delivery costs. Within the 14 (fourteen) days, the customer can withdraw from the contract without giving any explanation. Acceptance Returned by our Customer Service, the customer has 14 (fourteen) days to send it back.

The communication must contain the declaration that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating your order number, invoice and customer code, which products must be subject to withdrawal (identifying them with the item code) , as well as the bank details on which to obtain the transfer (IBAN).

Our customer service, upon receipt of the withdrawal notice, will communicate the Accepted Return (a UNIQUE CODE sent by email, to be printed, cut out and applied) so that you can return everything within the next 14 (fourteen) days. According to the law (Law n.185 dated 22/05/1999) the return of the goods is subject to the following conditions: the purchased good must be substantially intact (free of damage or tampering) It is recommended, for the benefit of the customer, to prepare the package carefully using suitable packaging (preferably the originals) and for shipping a courier or other suitable means to allow the traceability of the shipment.

The costs for the return of the goods ar at the customer’s expense. returned to the sender, at his own expense. JOE YELLINO will reimburse the customer within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the returned goods.

Attention: Distance selling and therefore the right of withdrawal apply only to private individuals. There is no right of withdrawal for individuals with a VAT number.
