You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without needing to provide a reason.

Products must be returned:

unused, unwashed, and with original tags;

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
7. Defective or incorrect products
If the product is defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, providing photos and a description of the issue.
We will proceed with a replacement or refund.
